Financial Literacy Training will offer firsthand training for participants to gain an understanding of best practice for Financial skills. This program is designed to support our tribal citizens while encouraging self-sufficiency to help build strong communities throughout Southeast Alaska. The overall goal is to instill hope in their financial situation while educating them with valuable information to make permanent healthy changes to their financial habits. This is done through creating a family budget, tips for saving, understanding your credit report, tips for improving your credit score, and tips to improve your financial health.

Course Summary: The Wilderness First Aid course will teach individuals the skills and knowledge necessary to recognize and respond to medical emergencies in a remote wilderness setting. The course also covers improvised first aid techniques and communication, equipping individuals with the tools they need to confidently handle medical emergencies in challenging outdoor environments.
